Daniela Abbott and Randi Waldman are the founders and inspirational leaders behind iTHRiVE™.

iTHRiVE™ was created from a force within them, the synergy of their friendship, professional expertise and research into the struggles and successes of women, as they seek to balance commitment to their relationships with commitment to themselves, i.e. their careers and passionate pursuits. Creating iTHRiVE™ has felt both compelling and daunting-- it is guided by a collective consciousness far greater than themselves. Daniela and Randi feel grateful to be conduits of this "peaceful revolution," of fostering education, inspiration, and calls to compassionate activism amongst women, while reconnecting them with two, very valuable resources- each other and themselves.
